Focus Hungarian Schmalfilm EASY RIDERS FROM HUNGARY Saturday 17 October 2020, 7 pm, Motorenhalle

During the first part we present private family films from the 1930s to the 1960s, newly edited and arranged by Péter Forgách, as well as found footage and further original private collections from the 1960s and 1970s. With the second part we experience the Hungarian underground of the 1970s with the help of experimental short films and S8 fictional films. The third part is formed by short films from the post-reunification era. Csaba Bollók will introduce the three thematic sections on Hungarian small format film. He will be available for questions and discussion.
