Der Einsame der Zeit - The Time Secluded (The filmmaker is present)
The Berlin amateur filmmaker Hans-Joachim Thunack works more than 40 years on
his film adaptation of Perry Rhodan novel No. 50. Whole apartments have been
adapted and rented for studio purposes. Unbelievably detailed large-scale
sets have been built. This opus, shot only on 8mm, exceeds the length of
over 120 min. In the course of our festival we are going to show excerpts
from the film. Besides, Thunack is going to personally tell us about this
no less adventurous film undertaking.
