Animation programme – Home cinema classics of the DEFA Saturday January 23, 3.00 p.m.
This year our trick film programme on Saturday afternoon is devoted to the home movie. Several heros of animated and dolls films of the Dresden DEFA studio were guests for many years in improvised and cosy living room cinemas as 8- and 16mm films.
In cooperation with the German Institute for Animated Film these 8- and 16mm film-pearls will be presented again and animated indeed by a real cinema narrator.
