You Only See Twice IISaturday 26th January 2013 19.00

Visual or narrative links, sometimes both in one: In part II, Ben Rivers takes us with his intensely personal portrait 'This is My Land' to the parallel world of a Scottish hermit. Michiel van Bakel choreographs a rider with horse by means of time slicing (final duel of 'Matrix'). Ken Jacobs uses historical stereophotography in an unusual way. By rapid switches from the right to the left stereo image of children working in the industry in the 19th century he produces a scary vibration and a feeling of anxiety. Steina Vasulka from Iceland takes an almost bizarre look at the American city centre with a curved lens and mirrors.
