KALEIDOSCOPE - TELEMACH WIESINGER Sunday 24 March 2019 7.30 pm
-> Screening at Thalia Cinema, Görlitzer Str. 6 <-

Present: Telemach Wiesinger; curation: Nadine Bors

KALEIDOSCOPE is a "film poem" in 21 chapters, a follow up of Telemach Wiesinger’ earlier film PASSAGE (2008). Images for the feature film have been shot on black and white 16mm during numerous trips across Europe and North America. The individual film sequences composed for abstracted travelogues show stations of human being on the move, observation and discovery - or even beaching. Diverse means of transport, streets and signs represent a world that is always in motion. The sound of the film was made in close collaboration with the musician and composer Alexander Grebtschenko.
