Teenage-Kicks III: Lecker Ding Friday 17th January 2013, 19.30

Who am I? How does puberty change my image in the eye of the beholder?
One of the most difficult tasks of teenagers is the repositioning of the Self in the complex system of relations of a social reality in which you are not a child anymore but not yet an adult – the emergence of an own personality between the expectations of parents, peer group and society, which often enough are contrary to one's own ideas and difficult to bring into accordance.

The physical redefinition has its particular significance as teenager too. The handling of sexuality, but also the question how to communicate this new dimension of one's Self. How do I express my new physicality in front of others?

The programme contains mostly Dutch filmmakers who deal with the fundamental questions of coming of age.
